“When I first met Alise, I was 50 lbs overweight and seriously out of shape. I had decided that enough was enough, and I set goals for myself to lose the weight and to get in the best shape of my life. Alise helped me reach my goals and then some.
Alise constantly pushed me to my limits, but always with encouragement and a smile. Before I started working with Alise, the most I had ever run was 2 miles, and that was only once in my entire life. But after working with her, nothing seemed out of reach. I completed a 5k, then a 10k, and then a super sprint triathlon. And pushing myself physically helped me reach my weight goal which I did in only six months.
Alise gave me the courage and confidence to stop thinking of myself as an overweight person and start seeing myself as an athlete. And I have never looked back. Almost two years after reaching my weight goal with Alise, I am still fit and healthy because working with Alise gave me the tools I needed to make fitness a life-long journey.”

"I approached Alise one month before my impromptu wedding, with the goal of losing 5 pounds and firming up. Alise immediately provided me with an actionable nutrition plan and an easy to implement workout routine. She was beyond supportive throughout the process, and I was constantly amazed by the depth and breadth of her knowledge on health, exercise, nutrition, and overall fitness. Not only did I hit my goal, I easily lost another 5 pounds and felt fit and beautiful in my wedding dress. She is a personal training guru!"

My goals included increased strength, stamina and energy. Over the course of my yoga practice with Alise, I gained not only physical strength, but self confidence. The enthusiasm and encouragement Alise brings to training makes tough workouts seriously fun!

"I have had the opportunity to know Alise for the last 3 1/2 years. As a personal trainer & wellness coach myself, I understand first-hand what is required to be a good trainer. Alise goes above & beyond the standard to the level of excellence. She takes you from where you are to levels you never even knew you could achieve, and all the while offers consistent support , care, & encouragement. If you are ready to achieve new levels of success as an athlete or professional, choose Alise."

Soo, let me lay out for you why you shouldn't want to work out with Alise. First of all, she makes you work hard. Ugh. She's not going to stand around while you exert minimal effort with bad form. She's going to make sure that you're doing things right., and she has an amazing wealth of knowledge to draw from. Listen, maybe you want to throw away your money to see no results. Isn't that your right? Who is she to deny you that right?! And did I mention that you'll sweat?? Ew. Sweating is icky.
Second, she's not content just to straighten you out for that one hour a week or whatever it is you've paid for. Ohhhh nooooo. She's going to give you a whole health plan that includes nutrition advice and tips to improve your overall life. Suddenly you're skipping the sake bombs to get to bed at a decent hour because you're excited about taking care of yourself and feeling better than ever. Waking up feeling good and like your life is under control? That's just weird. Weirdo. Waking up spooning an empty pizza box with a killer hangover? Much better.
Third, Alise is cheerful. She's really enthusiastic and positive. She roots for my successes, and she smiles. What about the Eeyores of the world? They don't want that nonsense. They want cranky and sullen. Don't make them feel all good about themselves. They're busy with their rainclouds, thank you very much. So, Alise is totally discriminatory against stuffed donkeys from A.A. Milne books. You shouldn't accept that crap! Take a stand and boycott Alise!
Yeah, so, I'll take one for the team and keep training with Alise. There's no need for you to take any of my potential training slots. Aren't you glad I've spared you? You're welcome.
